Learn more about cookies and how you can opt out of their use in our https://biologyofhuman.com/cookiesen .

General Information
We may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify your Personal Data to the extent that it can no longer be reasonably used to identify you. Such data ceases to be personal. We may transmit such data to our partners or research institutions or use it for statistical purposes. For example, we may transmit or use information about age, general demographic information, and aggregated statistics about specific actions or symptoms derived from data collected to identify patterns among users, including in articles, blogs, and scientific publications. The transfer of such data contributes to the successful conduct of health-related scientific research. The legal basis for processing data in this case is a legitimate interest.
Special Circumstances
We may also disclose some of your Personal Data in the following special circumstances:
In response to court orders, subpoenas, or legal processes to the extent permitted by law and in accordance with the limitations provided therein (including to meet national security requirements or law enforcement requests).
When the disclosure of information is necessary to maintain the security and integrity of the Services or to protect the safety of any user or the safety of others in accordance with applicable law. In such cases, we may also delete some of your Personal Data (e.g., reset your password to prevent unauthorized access).
When disclosure is requested by the user who entered the Personal Data or with the user's permission.
In the event the Company undergoes transformations, such as mergers, divestitures, acquisitions, liquidation, or the sale of all or part of its assets, your information will, in most cases, be part of the transferred assets. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis for these actions may be legitimate interests or legal obligations.
Anonymous Mode
Anonymous Mode allows you to create a Health is all account without linking your email address, name, and technical identifiers to a new account in Anonymous Mode for 24 hours (during the free trial period).
If you already have an account, you can request to delete your old account at any time, and we will consider this request in accordance with the "Retention of Personal Data" section. Once your old account is deleted, you will no longer have access to it or any associated data.
Limitations: If you choose to create an anonymous account for 24 hours, some features of the Health is all Application will not be available to you because they rely on personal data. These features may include integration with your wearable device, push notifications, email messages, paid video lessons, and some articles of the app.
When you create an anonymous account, we will not be able to identify you. Although our support service may not be able to answer specific or technical questions, we will do our best to assist you.
Like with the use of other digital products, there is a possibility that, under certain circumstances, someone may find a way to circumvent protective measures. For example, a user's device may be used by a third party without the user's permission.
Personal Data storage
Except as described below, we retain your Personal Data for the duration of the provision of the Services or the achievement of the purposes for which such data was collected.
Impact of deactivating your account/requesting Personal Data deletion: You can deactivate your account and delete Personal Data at any time by sending an email to healthisall.supp@gmail.com . If you choose to delete your account, we will delete all your Personal Data, and it cannot be restored when creating a new account.
Impact of app deletion or inactivity: If you choose to delete the App from your device or if your account becomes inactive for a period, we will retain your Personal Data for 3 years in case you decide to reactivate the Services or reinstall the App. The App reflects several different user life cycles, so keeping your data is necessary in some cases to effectively use other App features.
Limitations: You should be aware that, despite our anonymization efforts and steps taken to prevent the disclosure of your identity, we may retain certain Personal Data and other information after your account is closed or deleted, as required by legal obligations, dispute resolutions, and the enforcement of our agreements.
